When will my pre-order be shipped?

Pre-orders are typically dispatched 1-2 days before the official release date to ensure you receive your music as close to launch as possible. Please note that if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order item is available.

How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during transit?

We take pride in our packaging. All vinyl records are shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed to prevent corner dings, seam splits, and warping during the shipping process.

What is your return policy for defective items?

If you receive a defective disc or damaged merchandise, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or a full refund once the defect is verified.
