We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nuclear Blast Records. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records and collectibles are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, then drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
